Case Study

Stratify Sport established a collaboration model for a group of NGBs who compete internationally but face similar domestic challenges. Every six weeks, the NGBs join a short video call to share best practice and discuss hot topics across technology and operations. Once a year, they meet in person to go deeper on major issues and opportunities to work together. This approach gives each organisation real value, while enabling faster learning, better systems, and stronger operation; and shows that NGBs can compete on the field while still learning from each other off it.
